Terms and Conditions

Summary:

· After the trail, if you agree to continue for the remaining term, you are obligated to pay for the whole term, whether it be in full or in instalments.

· There is one catch up class available if a student misses a class during that term. This is only valid till the end of that term. 

· Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances which is to the discretion of AJN Fine Art.  

1. Booking and Payments
 

1.1 When booking a trial session, there is no obligation to continue for the entire term.
 

1.2 If you choose to make a payment towards the remaining term after the trial, you are committing to complete payment for the entire term until the last scheduled class.
 

1.3 Our payment plan offers 4 weekly instalments at a time. By enrolling in the term, you are expected to attend all classes within the term, until the last class of the term.
 

2. Attendance and Catch-up Sessions
 

2.1 In case of a child's illness, one catch-up session per term is permitted.
 

2.2 Catch-up sessions must be scheduled in advance and are subject to availability.
 

2.3 Catch-up sessions expire at the end of the term and cannot be carried over to subsequent terms.
 

3. Refunds
 

3.1 No refunds will be issued for missed classes or change of mind.
 

3.2 Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances, subject to the discretion of AJN Fine Art.
 

4. Class Cancellations and Rescheduling
 

4.1 AJN Fine Art reserves the right to cancel or reschedule classes due to unforeseen circumstances such as instructor illness or facility issues.
 

4.2 In the event of class cancellation by AJN Fine Art, reasonable efforts will be made to reschedule the class at a convenient time for all participants.
 

4.3 If a rescheduled class cannot be accommodated, a credit for the missed class will be issued towards future classes or terms.
 

5. Code of Conduct
 

5.1 Students are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful manner towards instructors, fellow students, and any facilities used during classes.
 

5.2 Disruptive behaviour may result in the student being asked to leave the class, and no refund will be provided for the missed session.
 

6. Liability
 

6.1 AJN Fine Art is not liable for any loss, damage, or injury to persons or property that may occur during classes or while on the premises.
